Change Main Category of Addon

I've relased my patched Version of "MobileBank" under the Patches Category.

As it looks now, the original author is not updating anymore (i send today a priv message to confirm this)

and i have continued to improve the Addon.

So i would like to do 2 things: Rename the addon to "MobileBank Extended" and move it to the Bags/Inventory category.

I figured out that i can't do the 2nd one by myself?

Is it better to Upload it fresh ,as a new Addon?
