Post Addon doesn't work

In general, when I downloaded the addon on this site, I decided to install it manually according to the standard instructions, well, I placed it in C:\Users\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns, and it does not appear in the game. Tell me what I did wrong so that it's not visible?

@Wheels - that is, in the AddOns folder, create a folder with the name of my addon and move both files there?

Downloads are usually a zipped folder with another folder inside. The inside folder needs placed in AddOns:

AddOns > AddonName1 > AddonFiles1
AddOns > AddonName2 > AddonFiles2
