Extend Attribute Bars request

My question is if there's an existing addon (could not find any) or if there's a new addon that could be made that will extend my vanilla ESO attribute bars width's as if I have eaten purple tri-stat food? I don't always eat purple food but I would like to permanently extend my attribute bars to read my overlay text on each bar a bit clearer, maybe even a slider to scale them a bit bigger or slider to adjust the height/width and then I could just change the font size of my overlay HP/Magicka/Stam text. I am using Wykkyd's Enhance HUD to center them and to always show, not sure if this would cause a conflict.

Let me know if this is possible or if ill have to figure something else, Thanks
