Ftc there, checked but not there?

I have used foundry tactical combat since startup with great success. Use minion, still worked great. Now in addons in game ftc is checked, but under settings it's not there, usually was under Social. UI error occurs and in game ftc is unenabled. According to addons section in game ftc is checked. Please help....

Try to reinstall FTC. It is possible that it somehow got corrupted. If it doesn't help, please post full wording of UI error you got during the startup. All error messages are stored in this text file:
~My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Logs/interface.log
