ESO and inventory related add-ons

1. Request a solution: Master Merchant and other add-ons connected with toon’s inventory are not connecting with ESO. Two messages appear in the chat box:
*Could not get item link for Z0_craftBagListContents
*Could not get item link for Z0_PlayerInventoryListContents
2. Add-ons settings are correct:
*To open when opening mail.
*To open when inventory is opened.
3. The add-on will open; but not populate.
4. Have attempted to resolve by doing the following:
*Increased LUA
*Uninstalling/reinstalling add-ons.
*Uninstalling all add-ons except inventory related ones.
*Cold reboot.
*Searching diligently forums and other related areas for a solution. The error message does not appear anywhere.
*Contacted ESO; but, there has been no response.

Hi bzervr,

if I understand you correctly you say that the addon Master Merchant is not working anymore after the last update?
Or are there more addons than Master Merchant which won't work anymore?

Are you able to see MasterMerchant settings in the addon settings menu and are you able to see that MM is loaded in the ESO build-in addon manager (addon list)? Which version of MM is shown in the settings description and in the ESO addon manager?

Did you disable all addon except MasterMerchant and checked if you are able to use MM again?

BACKGROUND: Master Merchant (MM), along with Shoppkeeper, Potion Maker, and Enchanter. It appears add-ons dependent on inventory are not communicating with ESO or vice versa.
SUGGESTED ACTIONS COMPLETED:
(1) Disabled all Add-ons except Master Merchant.
(2) Master Merchant is visible in ADD-ONs
(3) Master Merchant settings are in ESO program “settings/Add-on settings.
MASTER MERCHANT VERSION: 1.91. Updated June 4, 2016.
RESULT: MM still does not work.

You could try to do the following:
Logout from the game!

Go to the folder where your addon's save data is stored, normally this should be something like

Code:

c:\users\<your windows login name/user name>\documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live(eu)\SavedVariables

Copy the whole folder to another place as as backup.

Afterwards search for the file MasterMerchant.lua or something like MM*.lua and delet/rename them.
Login again and try if it works now.
