Transparency for target frame

Does anyone know if there's an addon that allows you to change the transparency value for the target frame?

I'm trying to make my UI ultra minimalist while retaining the essentials with as little obtrusion as possible. Was hoping azurah or wykkyd full immersion would do this but they both seem to lack the feature.

Another useful transparency feature would be to remove the grayed out background of the chatbox while minimized. I can only find addons that remove the background when it's maximized. I realize I'm nitpicking with this one though and can live with it, but it's just this and the target frame that really stick out still for me. Does anyone know an addon that has this feature?
