[ Search / Request ] Muting character screams?

Hello everyone, is it a) possible or b) does an add-on exist that would allow me to mute my character's grunts/yells/screams in combat? Or do I need to feedback to ZOS about it? (Does player feedback ever get actioned?)

I had a search but haven't been successful in finding anything like this for ESO. Obviously, I'd like to not impact all sound effects in the process or I'd just disable those. I'm not sure if it's the particular voice I used, but having my female character do a blood-curdling scream every few seconds just sets me on edge a bit.

Nope, we cannot deetct when a char is going to grunt etc. so we cannot do anthing by addon.

And there also does not exist an particular sound volume for grunts, only general sound or effect volume which would be lowered and raised again later
(that's how some addons make e.g. the sounds as you start mouting disappear -> but that only works if there is any event or function we can hook into that fires as that type of sound in question appears).
