Addon throwing 0's in chat

I'm having issues with an addon I'm not sure which it is a guild of mine is also having this issue. Has anyone else came across this issue aswell?

Without an idea of which addons you have, no one has any more idea than you do.

1. Post a list of addons you have. If your buddy has the issue too, get his list of addons and see what's common between them to narrow it down.

2. Say when it happens - load bank, login, change zone, kill something, etc. This can help figure out which addon (or once you figure out which addon, where in the addon to help the author fix it)

3. This takes a few loads, but selectively enable/disable addons to figure out which is causing it. Note: you don't need to go one-by-one but can do a binary search. (Google can help you, but basically you only have half the addons you're testing enabled at a time to narrow it down quickly.)
