TIM - Instant Messenger Addon - Settings?

How do you access the settings? I must be an idiot because I Don't see them listed anywhere? Basically all I want to use it for is to have it flash or something when I get a tell. I don't care about a single other feature. I just want to be able to step away from the computer and not have to scroll up a bunch to find all the tells.

Game Menu -> Settings -> Addon Settings -> TIM 4
