Are you getting this error?

How to get started

One way to know where Minion is installed is to run the Minion3.0.12-32bit.exe and the location should show up.

Another way is to right click the shortcut for Minion and choose Properties.

In my screenshot I have the folder set to what I want. Your Install could be in Appdata or ProgramFiles or whatever.

Code:
C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Minion
It may default to that location but the point is, you need to know where it's installed.

Deleting the Previous Install

Some people are simply deleting all the files from the old location and then using the Minion3.0.12-32bit.exe to install Minion.

Uninstall Minion

You can also uninstall the traditional way. If that fails and you still have the above error you will have to uninstall Minion and delete the files from the old location anyway.

Install Minion

As I mentioned, I install Minion where I want it, the screenshot below is a more likely location since it is what Minion chose for me by default.

Code:
C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Minion
When you install minion you don't need to change the location, I simply like to install Minion where I want it. Click next until Minion is fully installed and try to open it. Refer to "How to get started" and delete the previous installation if needed.
