Minion Unable to Connect to the Internet

I have gone through the stickie post, I removed the 64bit version, installed the 32bit, ran the cmd (as admin) , uninstalled, reinstalled, added to the whitelist for my firewall, and as a last resort updated Java and all my drivers as well as turn my router on and off. I am in several ESO discords and have been informed many (not all) folks have also encountered this issue. I am hoping when my logs get looked at it will be a super simple fix, sadly I don't not know what I'm looking at when it comes to this.....also there was a link I clicked I saw a message saying "Working?" with a smiley face. Any help getting Minion working would be greatly appreciated, many thanks to any help in advance!
