Addon help for a Mac

A friend of mine is using a Mac to play ESO. Minion doesn't seem to work, or at the very least I don't know how to make it work for addons with a Mac. Anyways, he has manually installed some addons, but they only work on one toon.

Does anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions on what I should tell him to do? Aside from getting a PC that is. lol

There's some general advice, here. I use minion on a Mac, it works flawlessly.
