Is there any working addon that disables the controller UI?

I have a gamepad that has a joy stick but it only works in the gamepad mode as a joystick. I cant stand the controller UI thou. The only addons iv found for this are out of date and dont work at all :/ Iv used google but only one it links me to are 3 in all. 2 of which are completely out dated and the 3rd is from early last year but no longer works...

As you did not name which addons you have tested I can only help with the following one, without knowing if it still works.
But it will allow you to fight in gamepad mode and use mouse and keyboard mode in the menus (but maybe also breakother addons due to this which will always be the case if you want such a hybrid mode which the game does not officially support):

I've added an updated version in the comments, where I've removed LibStub and added the dependency to the newest LibAddonMenu version.
Check the comments what to do.

If the addon fails to work beyond this update: Sorry, I cannot help any further.
