disable one of the quest mark

is it possible to disable quest marks for Writs/ for people who dont like them, to prevent their appearance on the compass?

I will add it tomorrow when im back home.
There will probably be false positives if a questgiver is close to the writs. Windhelm and rawlka (however it is written) have questgivers near the crafting stations if I'm not mistaken....
