Addon for turn on/off other addons

Hey guys!
sometimes i need to debug whats wrong, and i need to uncheck addons to figure out the problem/incompatibility

and then i need to check boxes again
i have alot of addons so it takes some time
any idea is it possible to create such tool/addon to allow:

1. turn all addons off/on in one click
2. tick/untick addons in the Addons list ingame with SHIFT button, like i choose first addon, then i choose 10th addon with shift, and all 8 addons between 1 and 10 will be choosen too

1. This can be done by Addon Clearer: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info4...onClearer.html
2. Could be a nice feature to add, try to create feature request or ask katkat42 directly.
