How to suppress - Send Mail Confirmation?

When sending mail with attachments, it prompts to send yes/no... Anyway to auto-acknowledge "Yes" or to remove the step to acknowledge?

There is no way to remove this and there should not be a way to remove this.

Perhaps for the "Delete mail" confirmation. The "send mail" confirmation should not be able to bypassed if you have anything attached.
