[Request] Anchor Announcer

I don't know if API will allow this.

I would love to have an addon that announces when anchors are dropping and the name of the anchor. Coords would make it too difficult but maybe it could announce a general location - Example "North East of The Serk".

I think currently api might be blocked for announcing/choosing chat tabs. So until that's open something that just shows up on our screens would be nice.

Is anything like this possible yet?
