It would be nice to determine, if the game considers the targeted enemy flanked.
Especially for the new backstabber cp it would be handy.
Currently the only way is testing and looking at your penetration as a nightblade.
I have heard (not tested myself) that nb passive and backstaber do not have the same condition in terms of position relativ to the enemy.
If that is true (which is a little weird in my opion), the function should be made backstabber specific.
