Need some help with understanding <Scroll> control

Thenn i will use lists for my icons, too i solved my problem with too many anchors being processed by pre-structuring the icons in submenus - the user will probably like it more, too, if he doesnt have to browse to all existing icons when looking for a specific one ;D
