Auto learn skill, wich addone did that ?

I created a new char, and now i see that i have skills in every Craft lines, is that a add-one i could have downloaded that did that ? Cause now it cost me gold to go unlearn it :/

You start with level 1 in every craft.

The initial skill is free, and costs no skill points. Making higher than level 15 stuff requires an investment of points.
