How to pin a comment? (addon comments)

I see some addons authors can do that but I can't figure how:
As an addon author, how can I pin a comment on top of the comment section of one of my addons?

Write a Pm to Dolby please, telling the addon link including the addonID, and the comment link including the commentID.

Should be visible in your comments section of that addon, at the URL. And at the comment is a # sign showing the number.
