AddOn not appearing in ESO

I used Minion to download and install Master Merchant. When I logged into ESO it did not appear in the AddOn area. I have selected the "Use out of date Addons".. still nothing.

The ESO install location is D:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls Online
The Minion AddOn folder Path is D:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls Online\AddOn

My addon folder is filled with Master merchant folders. Am I doing something wrong with turning in addons or what.. any advice would be helpful, otherwise Im just gonna have to play vanilla with no sprinkles.
