Please try restarting the client after downloading the addon, and make sure that it's being loaded (check that the settings exist, sometimes Minion stops an addon from loading, so close down Minion and try another /reloadui).

If it's still an issue, please log a bug report in my portal with some screenshots of ingredients not showing the ranking, and post a link from PasteBin of your SavedVariable file, so I can try and replicate the issue.
