The long buff display icon when the Hircine's Veneer set is equipped, located with mundus stones, drinks, etc, constantly blinks about every 1.5 seconds, as though constantly refreshing its status for some reason. I've tried un-equipping and re-equipping Hircine and other items to see if there's some type of conflict, but it only seems related to the set itself. Visually, it's very annoying and distracting and I am forced to move the entire "Long Buffs" display off my screen to use the set.
I have werewolf ultimate equipped, argonian race, 7 pc medium, serpent stone, drink regen, and various other stamina regen set bonuses (ie no other irregular long buff or 5 piece bonuses that might be causing some sort of conflict with the hircine bonus).
Maybe the set constantly refreshes to recheck what 10% of your stamina regen is to give you a constantly accurate updated bonus, so the icon flashes everytime it refreshes? If so, is it possible to normalize the icon so that it does not blink?
