If you have a mix of crafted and non-crafted glyphs in your extract window, left clicking the "refine all glyphs" button will refinwe all non-crafted glyphs, and also the first crafted glyph.
According to the tooltip, left click should only refine non-crafted glyphs.

That one cost me a yellow.
