    Dwemer book "Ancient Scrolls of the Dwemer II" specified incorrectly, this book is in a different category, not in the lore of location and on this place another book "Dwemer Inquiries Volume II", proof - http://dulfy.net/2014/03/30/eso-the-rift-lorebooks-guide/ - check list, find this and see screenshot.
