    WritWorthy should clear cached skill knowledge on refresh button click

    1. find a writ in the WritWorthy window that cannot be enqueued due to a missing skill point somewhere (temper expertise, brewer, whatever)
    2. Learn that skill.
    3. Annoying: still cannot enqueue that writ.
    4. Click refresh button in upper right corner.
    5. BUG: still cannot enqueue that writ.
