    Not entirely sure this is what happened as I've never noticed it in the past but it appears that the XP notification from LootDrop shows 1XP gained if the XP was enough to bump you to the next level. I THINK that is what I saw. Just some side notes from when I saw it: Level20->21, ~3k XP increase, turning in the quest for the traitor ambassador in the elder root throne room.

    test on level up (2 ==> 3)
    -level 2 : 490 xp (500 to level up)
    -kill a mob (37xp) and then TESO xp event send 527/500
    -LootDrop ==> count only 10 Xp (490 ==> 500)
    -A second TESO xp event send 27/1358 but LootDrop ignore it

    ==> Fix in 1.6.0
