under certain circumstances the status icon is not syncing fade with that chat window when it fades out, resulting in an icon floating in the screen alone I am using pchat, if that helps. some additional research: for some reason, the UI option for inactive chat fade is reading as -0. upon changing it to 50, the addon functions as expected.

Please test if this happens with Circonians status activated as the only addon (without pChat or others).
Are you able to reproduce it then?

just reloaded with only it on, and yeah same thing. also, the above mentioned thing only works for a while.

I'm not able to reproduce this so far. Where is the setting that you talk about? Is it the vanilla UI setting of the ESO base game?

As you said 2under certain circumstances": Any hints what these are and how to reproduce it?
What chat window size do you use?
Are you using UI scaling in vanilla UI settings , or standard 100% size?
What resolution do you play, and fullscreen or windowed mode?

every time I log in, up until I minimize the chat bar. windowed, ignores resolution differences. used vanilla scaling for a while, changed to a specific custom scale and no change. setting, as per DMs, is Minimum Transparency under Social

I'm very sorry but I cannot reproduce it so far with only Circonian's MyStatus (or with pChat and MyStatus) enabled.
It works fine for me so I cannot see where the problem might be :-(
