It is not displaying harvest locations
Bug #: 455
File: XrysGatherer
Date: 04/26/14 02:22 PM
By: Flak
Status: Fixed
As requested I'll link a couple screnshots from the game. This example is from my new char. I show you a piece of maple. I then harvest said maple and show you the loot message from the maple. The whole time the Harvest History window is open. You see it never shows the maple. I then open my map to show that the maple location is not on the map either. I will also include a screenshot of all active addons at the time.

Then here are some screenshots of collecting Jute with the only addon active being XrysGatherer

Hmm, that is a bit worrying as it isn't even showing the fact that you have received loot via harvesting with my addon. Sounds like a conflict, so could you confirm that by testing it out without ANY other addon installed please. And then again with DragonLoot and then Skyshards and LoreBooks. Those sound the more likely to directly affect gatherer. If you can confirm if those running affect my addon I can track a reason for it down and try and stop it.

I have the same problem. Do not know when it started (before/after this bug report). I have tested with no other addons enabled and still have no reports.

hmm very weird. I have had maybe 1 or 2 with no reports popping up but I have 99.9% of the harvests I have gathered in my history since that latest patch.

Based on skyraker's comments in the addon thread I have investigated the possibility that somewhere along the lines someone else nearby running the same addon is receiving your info. Could be a useful feature if there was a way of retrieving the location of that said person but alas there isn't unless they are in your group, so for now I will work on introducing a receive loot event which does monitor who receives the loot. Because of this weirdness of grabbing info from people nearby I am going to be doing several tests before releasing the fix until I know all the data is correct.

Can either of you guys that have noticed this problem on a more grander scale than myself access the latest files in the git page and see if that helps.
