Ignore A Specific Buyer Account Skewing Prices
Feature #: 622
File: Master Merchant

Status: Under Review
One particular seller seems to be using multiple accounts to artificially raise or lower prices on items by buying his own auctions at ridiculously high or low prices. Depressed prices compared to other guilds make it hard to sell certain items at market value, and every single worm and crawler in other guilds appear as a SUPER GOLDEN DEAL now.

Does the Ignore Outlier Prices option work in this case?
By: Pacifist - 04/11/15 12:06 AM
Unfortunately they do it often enough that it seems to overwhelm whatever algorithm you're using to determine outliers.

So is there a syntax for adding price manipulators at the client end, or is this just a Blacklist you maintain? @morercseen and @miley27 have been trading sanded maple at 24k per plank and it's screwing with my numbers.

In the settings for MM under Tip and Calculation options, there is a blacklist field. Just put in a list of @dddd, @yyyyy, of accounts to blacklist. You can also put a guild name in there also.
