    Junking incorrectly?

    I have the following rule setup:
    Junk any Blacksmithing Raw Material with level between 0 and 34

    But then all my Dwarven Ore (lvl 36-44) gets junked

    Is this a mistake or am I doing something wrong?
    I have the same issue with my Clothier Materials.
