Target Glow Color Changer
I've got trouble discerning exactly who I've got targeted, especially in groups when there's some spell effects around.

Is it possible to create an addon that can change the color of the Target Glow? Being R/G colour blind I've often got problems seeing the red glow around my enemies

It hurts to see all those arrows but not the circle.

Check out Combat Reticle - http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info6...atReticle.html. You can set different reticle styles for normal vs interactive, stealth and combat modes, so the reticle's appearance can be completely different between modes.

When used in conjunction with Rainbow Reticle, you can get names of targets directly on your reticle so you don't have to look away at target frames. I've included a couple screenclips below so you can see the differences in the modes.

As the color of the target glow cannot be changed by addons afaik you should raise this issue directly to the game devs so they can implement a color selection for the target frame (maybe).
Use the official forums please or try /bug or /feature ingame.

There is one other addon that could help you, which is changing the target selection frame to the old-style brackets:
