I saw a port of LibStub in LibAddOnMenu-1.0; is the code identical to the WoW version? Are the APIs the same? Is it hosted somewhere or only bundled with LAOM?

It's only bundled with LAM currently. The code is almost the same, I just had to change one or two things. (I also, of course, changed the minor version of the lib to reset it for the new port.)
