Addon for seeing player's toon names?

Someone told me that there's addon that you can see other players' toon names, Does anyone know if it's a master merchant plugin? or it's another addon?

pChat replaced the @name with the current logged in character name in your guild chat.

its not what you need
by default in esochat everyone see only character names in any channel

if you need to know the names of alts of the character you can only see it with Advanced tooltip addon and in the guild roster only
and if this user logged to this characters after you installing the addon and if you was online when he did it
