Here a video from a pug run today where the dark shade skill does not fire, nor refreshes the timer even though I can see the shade spawning and standing right next to me:

At 0:05 I refresh the dark shade skill, but the timer is not updated. At 0:20 I refresh it again, but the skill does not fire on the action duration reminder bar, yet I can see the shade standing right next to me. |
