    Companion Gear marked for improvement (automatically) and I can't unmark/use item

    I set up an automark for new items, and chose the improvement icon (because I don't use that) so I could quickly isolate new items. However, it marked my new companion gear for improvement (which is impossible to do). I can unmark everything else, but it won't let me unmark the companion gear, or sell it, or anything else. I haven't tried destroying them yet.
    Any suggestions?

    This is no bug.
    Please READ the FAQ https://www.esoui.com/portal.php?id=136&a=faq, it's explained (and the addon comments a few weeks ago also explain that same as ppl asked similar abou decon and other icons) why there are marker icons that cannot be manually set/removed, and how you can remove them again.

    -> Why is the SELL AT GUILD STORE icon not shown at the context menu/keybind not working?
    -> How to remove all/remove icons that the context menu/keybind cannot remove anymore


    P.S. Improvement icons are for improvement and they got special behavor, so I would not use them for anything else. If you want a companion gear icon setup 1 dynamic for it and configure it for your needs.
    That's why there exist 30 dynamically configurable marker icons for all needs!
