Re: Re: Re: Re: Mounts, pets & Modiy appearance
I will give FCO Mounty a try Once again thank you so much for your work on LorePlay, I've waited for years having a working version for the German client. It's highly appreciated! |

Re: Re: Re: Mounts, pets & Modiy appearance
the time spent to bring this project back to life is probably far beyond your imagination. The new parts have been redesigned based on software engineering, and the current specifications are the result of exploring several harmful effects. For mount management, you can use the famous Baertram's FCO Mounty. You don't have to worry about conflicts. We recommend you use FCO Mounty with Lore Wear together. |

Re: Re: Mounts, pets & Modiy appearance
thank you! I was not aware that "Management Range" is a dropdown Regarding mounts: Maybe, if the mount setting was optional, the player could decide by himself whether he is fine with getting dismounted. Or would it affect everything even if one hadn't turned on the option in "Management Range"? |

Re: Mounts, pets & Modiy appearance
You can register your favorite pets in LoreWear. You can control which collectible category LoreWear captures as favorites. LoreWear -> Management Range -> Use Favorite Pets Please check the add-on settings above, turn on 'Use Favorite Pets', then press the register button to re-register your favorite outfits with your selected pet. Mounts : Due to the current GameUI specs, when you change your favorite mount, you are dismounted by the GameUI. This means if LoreWear automatically switches your favorite mounts at city boundaries, you are forcibly dismounted at city boundaries. This feature was removed during our prototyping as it makes the gameplay experience significantly worse. I think the standard version of Justinon did not handle mounts for the same reason. Modify Apperance Button : The Modify Apperance button may be activated by future UI improvements, if we are lucky.

Mounts, pets & Modiy appearance
Hello,
I wanted to ask if it was possible to also save mounts and pets with the outfit appearance. I realized that the "Modify appearance" button in the settings is always greyed out.

Design note : March 2020
Lore Wear is now multilingual and supports new areas and new outfit systems.
The stability of internal processing had been dramatically improved, and no longer makes any strange movements even if you hit toggle keys repeatedly. In a gradual update in the future, Calamath will improve the setting UI of LoreWear a bit, but my modernization rework of LoreWear is almost complete. That means it's time to consider the Idle Emotes feature. It is a function that detects an idle state and plays an emote registered in a predetermined table. And, it automatically switches between four types of tables depending on the location as same like LoreWear. As many users have probably noticed, the IdleEmotes feature is not working as intended by the original author. It's annoying if it's too noticeable, but there are already some similar add-ons and certain enthusiasts. And if I create a new version that incorporates my new ideas, it might be faster to completely rewrite the code. There is currently no decision on whether to revamp IdleEmotes. But, Team Calamath has decided to add a small optimization to the current Idle Emotes. For example, it would be frustrating for IdleEmotes to start too fast, so the start time would be adjustable. Is anyone still using the idle emotes feature? If no one is left, might be able to replace completely with Calamath-style NEW Idle Emotes? what!?

So I installed your addon
When i installed it I got this error
bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table/struct expected, got nil) stack traceback: [C]: in function 'pairs' user:/AddOns/LorePlay/code/LPSettings.lua:455: in function 'ConvertToForeverSavedata' |caaaaaa<Locals> sv = [table:1]{} </Locals>|r user:/AddOns/LorePlay/code/LPSettings.lua:1059: in function 'InitializeSettings' user:/AddOns/LorePlay/LorePlay.lua:36: in function 'LorePlay.OnAddOnLoaded' |caaaaaa<Locals> event = 65536, addonName = "LorePlay" </Locals>|r The addon shows in my list, but their are no options available in game (they don't appear). Not sure if it is even running at all. I tried installing it with minion (like all my other addon's) and also manually, no difference. Edit: Ok just realized that your new fixed version is still waiting for approval from admins and minion is downloading the older version. I'll happily wait since I really would like to use this addon. Great work btw thanks for working on getting it to work right for everyone Update: So the file was released and I downloaded it, and guess what....no more error's Also for the first time in the last week, the outfits are changing like they are supposed to
