This is my fork of the very useful, but apparently abandoned addon
The Elder Bar by Eldrni. Since the last version of The Elder Bar (TEB) was 10.3.0, I started numbering versions of The Elder Bar Reloaded from 11.0.0.

LibSavedVars is now a mandatory dependency, in addition to LibAddonMenu-2.0 and LibFoodDrinkBuff.
LibClockTST is optional dependency, needed only for showing Tamriel time/date.
LibAddonMenu-DatePicker is also optional dependency, needed for ESO+ subscription gadget.

Please report bugs in the comments section or directly to me.

Yes, i have both opacity at 75%, and behind text / icon is a light (transparent) stripe, like the user Nachtrabe, have too. thx!

Thanks for the detailed report. Issues 1 & 2 are easy to fix, though I also need to correct those misleading descriptions, because now, with colors fully customizable, caution/warning/danger no longer have to be yellow/orange/red. I will look into issue 3, but this is likely a conflict between TEB and Azurah and might be hard to solve. Regarding issue 4 - it is not "white", it is "highlight color", also customizable - you may make it identical to "normal", if you want; FFFFFF is just the default value for it.

Compass is okay, it stays where it suppose to stay (where i put it in azurah). If i turn off addon completely, HP bar position loads again correctly, as it was postitioned by Azurah. It was 100% not an issue with discontinued version of addon, not so sure about early reloaded versions. And yes, with this option ON it still resets position of HP bar, but also bumps it down a little, as intended, no issue here.

4) "Level", "Tel Var", "Keys", "Writ vouchers", "Fast travel timer", "Kill counter", "Skyshards", "Thieve tools" and maybe some other gadgets coloring is kinda offset at the moment in my opinion, because they does not use Normal color, but they are straight up White, no matter what options you try to change in color settings. The result of this is inconsistent overall look of the panel, when something is gray and some other ones are white. And in addition, if you change you Normal color in options to something more colorful - because of this issue you will get even more inconsistent panel.

And a request that follows issue #4:

Soulgems coloring
As a user, who likes all monocrome view of this addon, i just really do not like new forced coloring on soulgems and would like to see an option to change it somehow, because right now i had no other options, that go into addon code and change all soulgem coloring to "G.colors.normal", wich also changes coloring of numbers inside tooltip with current realisation. IMHO it would be great either to add option to change color of only soulgems view on the bar, or an option to make them both with tooltip monochrome.

Aaaand last one request/question.

Is it possible to add one more "auto-hide" option for entering game ESC menu and an option to tune fade speed (to make it instant, for example)

My guess is you've set "Bar background opacity" to a value that is lower than 100%, right? Actually that stripe is not lighter, just more transparent - you can verify it by positioning the bar over dark or light scenery, the stripe should change accordingly. Setting background opacity to 100% will make it disappear completely. And I intend to fix it in the next update.

Latency and Memory vidgets bugs, Coloring and Healthbar issues

So, both Latency and Memory suffer from, more or less, the same issue: wrong savedvariables OR wrong settings menu (depends on how you look at it).

1) Latency
In settings it has only two options: Yellow and Red threshold, however in SavedVariables there are all three on them: caution, warning and danger (yes i tried to delete it and generate new, still the same, its hardcoded in default config). "Yellow" in settings changes not "caution" but "warning" threshold value, so in reality default "caution" 100 value stays never touched and always colors value yellow when latency >100, no matter what setting you use, because settings affects only orange and red ones. Initially it was an update (via Minion), then a reinstall (also via Minion). However then I asked Minion to delete saved variables and then reinstall, it seems to have fixed it, thanks!
Then it seems that my code for upgrading SavedVariables from 10.x to 11.x is still incomplete. Sorry about that.

Updating to 11.1.0 from 11.0.3 works for me, one or two things changed but that's expected.

Enlightenment limits need to work backwards: smaller value is more dangerous, like FPS.

For me the latest update 11.1.0 is broken. Lua errors, no entry in addon settings menu, the bar itself is borked (shows "test" beside each icon on the right half of the bar).

I have all the dependencies installed.
There seems to be no savedvariables file.

On entering the game or reloading UI I get this error:

Prefer this addon get rolled back to original. Can't even see the bar anymore, just icons in the corner stacked. Issue after issue each update.

Just downloaded the newest version and still shows red. I know it's a small problem.
