FOB is a companion mod to prevent accidental companion interaction.

Ever clicked to loot something only to find your companion conversation starting because they have leapt in front of you to grab all your attention? Annoying isn't it? (Well, I find it annoying).

Prevents any companion interactions from happening
Toggle the original functionality or toggle your companion using keybindings
Ignore flying insects when Mirri is out, or only allow ones that don't decrease rapport
Prevent criminal interactions when Bastian or Isobel is out
When you move the reticle over a companion, nothing will happen. Click the action button over a companion, nothing will happen. Bliss.
Stop losing Rapport with Bastian when you craft something with cheese in it. FOB will warn you and cancel the crafting of that item. Works with DailyProvisioning too.
Alternate summoning message frame
Prevent entry to Outlaw's Refuges when Isobel is out
Prevent fishing when Ember is out
Prevent mushroom gather or recipes with coffee for Azander
Block outfit stations and warn of low gear durability for Sharp as Night

Now, if I could only get them to shut up too...

Ah - whoops!
Looks like I failed to check if the control had already been created before trying to create it again when the setting is changed. I'll get that sorted in the next release. Thanks for reporting it.

Tried turning off "show summoning message", and I got these two errors: (may have double clicked it, and accidentally tried to turn it back on, which it didn't do lol)

One thing that is good, you will be able to reproduce it 100% of the time with those addons.

I haven't installed all your addons yet, but first impressions are that you have at least two addons that are using embedded libraries. This can cause problems and conflicts and is not recommended for addon development.

Libraries should be installed separately. I'm not saying this is the cause of the problem as it's early days, but I'd be cautious about using them. They are:

Miat's Stealth Text
OmmiStats

I'll need to find time to do a proper test of your addons, but those are two you should consider finding alternatives for imo.

Thanks. A lot of your addons are ones I'm also using, so I can exclude those when I do my testing.

The keybindings in the third picture are not from FOB's settings - they are from the built in game menu, i.e. hit the escape key, select 'CONTROLS', then 'Keybindings', then scroll down until you see a section for FOB - it might be quite a way down the list as many of your addons will add their own keybindings in addition to the ones built into the game. You can set your keybindings from there.

Odd - someone else reported this before, but I've been unable to reproduce it. In the end I think they found another addon was causing it, but I don't know which one.

Are you able to send me a list of the addons you're using? I'd like to find out what's causing it.

Also, when you say you're missing the bind settings - they have nothing to do with LAM2 - the binds are in the 'Controls' section of the main game interface along with all the other game key binds.

Trying to decide if that's something I want to toggle off.

It should disable any interaction that shows red text when you hover over it because the game has determined that it's a criminal interaction. The addon doesn't rely on the text colour or content, it relies on the game telling it that the interaction is a criminal act.

Just a request. I may not even be able to use it with the other mods I use for Blade of Woe/Vampire Feed stuff.

I imagine Bastian wouldn't be too please either - I know he gets very upset when you 'accidentally' murder someone.

I'd need to look into this a bit more - I have briefly looked at detecting blade of woe before but didn't get very far - which mod do you suspect conflicts?

I suppose this is the main one I'd worry about conflicts with:
Vampire's Woe
But for all I know, they could work perfectly fine together.
