Description
Rare Fish Tracker helps you keep track of the rare fish you have caught in your pursuit of fishing achievements. This add-on gives you a handy display window that automatically detects your current zone, the fishing achievement related to that zone, and your progress toward that achievement; and displays this info for you.

Fish are listed first by zone, then by rarity (color). You can choose whether the add-on highlights the fish you have caught or the fish you still need, move the window, and adjust its transparency. A keybinding allows you to show and hide the window with a keypress.

::headdesk:: Yep, looks like it's Rift-specific. The zone is called "The Rift", but the fishing achievement is just called "Rift Angler", which messes up my achievement-to-zone mapping. Dratted definite articles... I'll have to fix that in the next patch.

So I'm new to fishing in ESO and EVERYBODY in my guild suggested Rare Fish Tracker! So I jump on Minion and D/L the addon, /reloadui and... nothing? Yup, nothing. No window, not so much as a hint of a new addon so I did some searching and jumped around a few zones in the hopes of the window popping, nothing, did a keybind thinking I could pull it up that way and I get this...

Yes, I tried the same thing, and then on looking at the manual download page, it said the latest file is awaiting approval, so I'm guessing that is what's causing all the problems.

I second this.

Rare fish have been added to inventory for a long time now. It may be possible to track as they are added to a character's inventory rather than tracking the achievement. If it is, perhaps an option could be added to permanently and individually convert characters to use inventory tracking as opposed to achievement tracking.

Would be doable, but you have to start over with all your characters. Is this what you want???

You need the addon "Votan's Fisherman" for that.
You have to disable "Auto-Show/Hide on main screen" of RFT. (Which seems to be buggy right now

)
You have to turn off "Show on main screen" of RFT.
You have to turn on "Show/Hide Rare Fish Tracker" of Fisherman.
