Description

Untaunted is a small Addon that provides frames of enemies you have taunted and shows the remaining time the taunt still lasts. If you target an enemy who has a taunt running, that enemy is higlighted with a yellow border in the frames.

Aside from taunts Untaunted now also tracks a range of typical debuffs support roles like to apply. It is also possible to add custom buffs via their abilityID

You can set position, width and height (= fontsize) in the options.

Let me know if you like it and if you have features you miss.

This looks like something unrelated. Maybe disable bugcatcher, so you can see the error messages you get.

Hoping the update you pushed gets approved soon. I tried the workaround but.....

now I can't even see the settings, I played with all 3 sliders and i think it's the 2nd but it didn't seem to fix, so I'm hoping the update does when it's approved.

The markers are basically just a hidden setting that can be turned on or off. Generally the game doesn't tell the position of enemies to addons. THat makes it impossible to tell where they are on your screen.
I have uploaded a new version which should fix the issues with disappearing texts. Let me know if you still encounter issues.

Yep I emailed you prior but wasn't 100% sure it was the same person so I replied here as well. I can try to edit the text height in the meantime. As for the suggestion, I'm surprised as you mark over enemies with your enemy marker thing, and you can see who is taunted to list them at top left so I kinda assumed it'd just be a combination of those two things but I don't know the specifics on how that works.

I think I just answered the Email you sent. However I just managed to find something else. Apparently the text can manage based on the setting of the "height" that is used. This is a bug but I should be able to fix it. In the meantime, maybe try to reduce or increase it by one, and you should see text again.

I agree it would be super helpful to have something like this. You're actually not the first one to ask for this. Unfortunately, the game API doesn't allow that. I have zero control over the markers and simply cannot apply different ones (or differently styled ones) to enemies that are not taunted.

In my prior post the reason I used show enemy markers is because I thought it was something completely different than it is. It seems to show enemies in combat with you and your team. I was thinking it would put an arrow above the head of enemies you currently have taunted, or put an outline around them or something. This would help in addition to the timers to help figure out which enemy it is you have taunted with enemies with the same name or similar models such as many mobs in DSR. It would be really cool to have such a feature as a setting in addition to what's already there.

I ran into an issue where are enabling "Show enemy markers"

The name and the time for the countdown of taunted enemies vanished.

Thx for the report. I fixed the issues with the bounding box so it can be moved to the edge of the screen again, and the issue with the wrongly formatted names.

I also checked, and for me Taunt works fine including the new Necro "soft"-taunt. Since it applies the same abilityId as the normal taunts, no adjustments were needed.
