Hey, this does indeed seem to be the issue. She usually plays in German, but she switched to English to test this and the addon worked perfectly fine. I had no idea that could make a difference, mad props to all of you who figure this stuff out and produce awesome addons!

Have they tried deleting the ShaderCache file to regenerate the textures? They have to do it with the game closed completely.

First of all, I would like to say that I absolutely love this addon; it's such a great support in MA.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all for a friend of mine. She gets the settings and can move the text window around, and the "Try me" button works, but in the arena itself, none of the arrows, symbols, or texts show up. She's tried uninstalling and reinstalling, both through Minion and manually; and deactivating all other addons and libraries except those required for the addon. Unfortunately, since we're both mostly clueless about the inner workings of ESO and addons, that exhausts our ideas for troubleshooting. Any ideas what may be going on or what else she could do?

I've seen a couple error messages. The most annoying one is this one, which pops up at regular intervals in the Rink of Frozen Blood:


That one could, potentially, cause a death.

my only small bit of feedback after doing a couple normal and vet runs with this addon, is that for the stages that can trigger the rainbow flashing warning text (ie "A dwarven minibot has spawned! Kill it!" or "A toxic mender has spawned! Kill it!"): if you do not kill the thing that triggers the text, and kill the boss finish the stage WITHOUT killing the thing that the text is warning about, the rainbow flashing warning text will persist out of combat and until you port into the next stage.

not a huge deal but sometimes i take a small break between stages and afk or whatever and theres still the rainbow flashing KILL IT!!!! text on the screen while i'm like selling the arena set trash to vendor lol

If you change your uploaded files please think about telling the users what was changed, by adding the info to the "Changelog" tab at the addon mainteannce panel.
