This fix is working for me too! You can open the .lua with base Windows Notepad, then use Ctrl+F to Find the text lines for DailyProvisioning:SetStation(recipe) to save some time searching.
With RiverBrian and are_you_kitten_me both verifying the fix works, could we get it included in the next release? I noticed that it got removed when I updated to the new version.

Fix for gamepad not crafting food...

I made the following change and its worked for me:

In DailyProvisioning.Lua

In the function:
DailyProvisioning:SetStation(recipe)
Change:
ZO_GamepadGenericHeader_SetActiveTabIndex(GAMEPAD_PROVISIONER.header, recipe.ingredientType, false)
To:
ZO_GamepadGenericHeader_SetActiveTabIndex(GAMEPAD_PROVISIONER, 1, false)
If you are brave enough to try it, let me know how it works.

A crash would mean you crash back to the windows deskton as the game crashes, so you talk about an error message right, or what do you mean by crash screen?

Technical analysis for Marify:
It seems that the paramettric scrolllist in gamepad mode was "not created yet properly" (deferred creation on first shown!) as the addon tries to access it and change it's index to show the list (ZO_GamepadGenericHeader_SetActiveTabIndex(GAMEPAD_PROVISIONER.header, recipe.ingredientType, false)).

I guess it's because the gamepad and keyboard UI got added the new "Fish filleting" tab at the provisioner UI?
So maybe the recipe.ingredientType does not match the tabs index at the provisioner UI anymore as the fish fillet was added as new "1st" entry and not as 3rd :-(

No Drinks with Controller

Same here. The food item creates fine. Once I cancel out the crash screen I have to exit controller mode to make the drink manually.

Correct; I meant to adjust my original post. Making food appears to work; it is crafting drinks that cause my UI error to appear.
