If you turn off all of your addons, does the problems still persist?
If no, then enable half of them. Does the problem reappear? If so, the culprit is in that set of addons. If not, then disable those and enable the other half.
Disable half of the above set of addons. Does the problem persist? If so, the culprit is in that set of addons. If not, then disable those and enable the other half.
Keep doing this binary search until you find the addon that is causing the problem.
