[Request] Center the character in the middle of the screen

Hi Fellas!

As the title says, I would love to have an Addon that puts my character in the middle of the screen and the reticule centered.
Much like the game is when you zoom out completely.

Fallout, Oblivion, Skyrim, they all had an addon like that shortly after release.
