No pending update

Hello everyone,

about 4 hours ago I uploaded a new version of my AddOn (https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info...portAddOn.html) version 3.2.0.

I create the new versions via the Git Control Panel.

Usually a pending is shown as status after the upload, but this time it's not. When I try to create a file from Git Tag 3.2.0 again, I get a message that the file has already been created.

Is the pending status not shown or is there something wrong?
