I do notice something off with the buildid of the current exe available for download.

Can you uninstall Minion (choose to delete your .minion folder) , then navigate to the install folder and delete anything left behind. Then try installing this version? http://cdn.mmoui.com/minion/Minion2.0.11b-beta.exe
