Crafting Material level display

you can see one workaround, but its working only for the author... any ideas how to fix it?

here is one, suggested before, but as i told it dont work for me and other ppl
some1 got errors, for me this addon only appear in addon list and thats all - no settings, no numbers on the items (if i use .zip from the author of the fix)
