New release: PersonalAssistant v1.4.0

• PersonalAssistant is now available in German as well, although there are some minor grammar mistakes.
• Added an additional button to set all ItemType to be ignored (for the auto deposit).
• Hireling Chests can automatically be opened before Items will be deposited if they are in the backpack.
• Slightly increased timer for Item deposit to avoid failures and chat-spam detection.
